I mostly like Coldplay or green day. My family mostly listen to country, but some of its gone pop and i hate anything that may be prepish. Try lovers in japan, or something like that from coldplay.

I mainly listen to The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, The Who,Bob Dylan
, Queen, Billy Joel, Elton John, AC DC, U2, Oasis, and Eric Clapton.

Queens okay, so is Journey thats the muisic though i have been listening to my whole life, my fathers like a diehard fan to that kind of music.

I'm a music freak. So I basically will listen to anything. Current favorites are Bob Marley, the Beatles, Elvis Costello, Kings of Leon, Coldplay, The Fray, and Taylor Swift. I also (guiltily - is that a word?) like the Jonas Brothers. But I was a fan in 2005 before they were every tweens dream. And once you get past the fact that they're Disney, you see that they actually have a lot of talent.

Well I do like the song the new U2 song thats out the one they use in a commercial dont remember which O.o. But every time that commercial comes on I get a spring in my step ^^ But my favorite band of all time is Breaking Benjamin, and there best song is OF COURSE So Cold I love it ^^!

If you want to listen to some other bands, The Airborne Toxic Event and Silversun Pickups are great bands from LA. They are alternative and pretty cool.

I like all kinds of music, because I enjoy versatility. So if you go through my CD's I have Srah Brightman who is more of an opera/classical singer, Aerosmith!! (rock n roll) because I grew up listening to them, Celtic Women (choir) because they're peaceful, Lady Gaga (?pop-ish) because some of her songs relate to my life. I just have a lot of variety! I also (guiltily) have 3OH!3 on my mp3.

If anyone is interested and likes instrumental/calming music, try out "explosions in the sky" (currently my favourite band).
Besides that, i listen to just about anything. I especially like coldplay, the fray, and incubus.

I honestly only listen to rap. Lil Wayne, Eminem, Akon, Drake, Dr.Dre, 50 cent. And so many more. They really tell you whats going on, even if you don't wanna hear it. Don't get me wrong other music is okay, but rap is just something i feel connected to. Its great when my day is terrible and i need to vent. My favorite song right now is "When I'm Gone" By Eminem! ^^

seriously Pandora.com fills my need for new music every day, without trying every 10 minutes to sell me something (like the average radio).
old favorites for me are: green day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, blink 182, and Incubus; but with school starting up again I've really been enjoying Regina Spector, Mason Jennings, Death cab for cutie, and city and colour. i think the more stressful my life gets the more easy going my music becomes.
